i brought a vx but the stock cai was missing is it worth getting another one or just leave it

just buy an aftermarket one rather than replace the original. they do help as they increase airflow into the engine giving you a little bit more grunt

yeah make up a massive airbox then have front left out of it then run a pipe under car.

ive had a look at a few aftermarket 1's but they are around $300, just wanted to no if it is worth fittin a stock 1 cause they are only like $20

$10 for a stock one at Pick'n'Payless but they are in Sydney

would at least recommend buying a standard one to fill the hole, other wise your air filter will suck in the hot air from you exhaust manifolds
