VT98, V6 stalling,pulley rattles

anyone with same problem.HI
Iam pulling my hair out trying to figure out whats going on with my silver beast
on start up its fine no stalling ect.
but when it hit operateing temp
a pulley starts rattling and smoke comeing from back lower part of engine thens stalls in drive or reverse. Park seems to be sort of okay
ive cleaned thottle body IAC vale ect.
RAC were useless

when fuel pump gets hot will stop leave to cool and try again if starts maybe on its way out
iac buggered
hole or crack in exhaust,exhaust manifold gasket
pulley costs $25 from auto shop
