Default Vacume leak test through dash in a minute vt vx commodore

hi guys again.... testing ur car for vacuum leak its quite expensive at workshops and to eliminate the problem its really hard. so there is a very quick simple way through ur dash . to start just hold down mode and right then keeping changing mode until u see this figure ( V L 5.0)... now if ur car shows different figure less then 5.0 or more then there is a vacuum leak in ur car somewhere and it might be a very tiny one through vacuum hoses its not quit noticeable even if u spray some carby cleaner or around the vacuum hoses. the figure in the dash is very accurate. if u wanna test this to make sure my information is right go ahead and try to disconnect any vacuum hose under the throttle body and go back to the figure shown above in dash u will see the number will be higher or lower then 5.0..........
sometimes when u have a vacuum leak somewhere its very hard to find out even if ur rpm or taco is not moving or playing around that doesn't mean that u dnt have a vacuum leak it might be very little leak in the hoses.....
    thank you
