Default What oil for my diff should I use?

    Hey guys simple one,

As the title suggests, what diff oil should I use?

It's for my VXII Cal L67. It isn't a limo, but has a high performance tag on the fill nut???

    Cheers
    Ben

It doesn't need an additive as it's not a LSD...

do I need to change the Diff oil after a certain period of time?
My VX has 159000 Kms on the clock and I beleive that it is still on the original diff oil (never been changed).

The service manual says to change the diff oil every 48000 kays or 24 months. LSD diffs use SAE 80W / 140 synthetic gear oil the diff holds approx 1.7 litres standard diff uses SAE 90W gear oil also 1.7 litres

Change your diff oil if it looks iridescent. No, change your diff if oil looks iridescent. Old school metal flake. Means your diff is eating itself
