just a quick exhaust question

does the vt-wh standard ls1 hav a double walled exhaust from the manifolds to the cats? ive heard it was done to restrict noise/emissions/reduce power??

Yes that why they so quiet factory I guess... I found that out when I was gonna use the bends to make another exhaust for a v6. Stupid idea from Holden I believe

hmmm so if i were to ask exhaust shop to replace those pipes while i was getting my muffler replaced it would give it a wee bit more oomph? i cant get extractors as the misses would spot them in an instant
