Default VE semi auto trans in my VT is it possible?

Hey i was just wondering if anyone knows if it is at all possible if i could put a ve auto transmison in my vt so i can also have a semi auto (the ones with only park, reverse, neutral, drive then shift across and you can slide through 1,2,3 ect.
has this been done before or does a vt come out with this?
i did want to convert mine to a manual but i thought this would be much more funner in some ways.
    im open for any responses

Anything is possible with the right amount of cash, the fact that it will probably cost as much as a used VE is irrelevant.

Might be easier going VE 6 speed manual ?. But then again, if they can hook the old 4 slush box up to the alloytech. it's possible the 5 speed with modification and tuning would work with the ecotec motor.

Hope if anyone does this they tell us here first. pretty interesting mod i would think.

Just be careful with the fully manualized auto, if you are flogging the car and you miss a gear change you will destroy the engine or gearbox. At approximately 7000rpm your crankshaft will disintegrate.

    i don't think it's possible to fit.

the american company that makes the 4L60 and the 6L60 have a 6 spd auto that fits the VT-VZ

    it just costs USD$5k...
