quick question

had the car 6 months+ and it has always done this and would like to know if its normal(doubt it is) or if any of you guys have experianced this

when i rev my car above ~3500rpm there is a metallic noise.. my mates say it sounds like a blow off valve but with a more metallic sound to it.. sounds kinda cool but i doubt its healthy :P

any ideas? i will try to upload a video tonight

got a video but when i listened to it you cant hear the noise over the exhaust =/

i didnt explain it right.. when i rev my car above ~3500rpm and as soon as i put the clutch in to change gear it does the noise

sounds similar to my mates car, it ended up being the thrust bearing, maybe worth looking at

if i can recall properly it was doing it before i got my clutch done 4 months ago :S
