Broken Drivers Door Handle

Hey guys,

Ok, tried to get in the car today only to hear a click and now the door handle is broken, guessing the connection between the handle and mechanism is gone. Wondering if they are easy to replace myself, as I don't really want to fork out heaps of coin to get it fixed since I have heard stupid quotes that my mates got of hundreds of bucks- would rather just open it from the passenger side.

if you know how to get the door card off, its fairly simple, ive changed mine on my car a few times, stupid plastic crap, anyways, yeh once door card is off, its 2 bolts holding it in, size 10 i think

The door card is easy to get off, shouldn't take long, there's a how to on here aswell if you run a search.

I've replaced the speakers before, that's about the extent of my interaction with the inside of the door. Anything I need bear in mind given it's the drivers lock, electrics wise?

yeah fairly common, thats where they all break 99% of the time, have you been able to get it out and replaced?
