Default VX II Camber Kit Fitment

Hi, sorry to create another camber thread, but I have searched and not found my answer.

I have a Series 2 VX on Ultra lows in the rear. The car obviously has the factory fitted toe adjustment but this isnt enough to completely correct my camber.

I have had a 2 point camber kit from my old car which I never fitted so I am going to fit it to this car myself as it seems like a pretty straight forward job.

My question is though, which mount is for camber. Do I fit the kit to the mounts closest to the outside of the car or the mount closest to the tailshaft. I know one mainly adjusts toe and the other can be mainly for camber.

    Thanks in advance

out side bush NOT the inside as it is a special voided bush to alow the toe link to adjust the toe.

ahh, so on a VT it doesn't matter as they don't have a toe adjuster or a voided bush. Do they make a urethen bush with a void? I've fitted a VY rear end with my existing 4 point kit, so it is an overkill and I now understand why the mechanic said it will chew my bushes, he just couldn't explain why

if you have fitted a vxII to vz rear end with the toe link and then fitted a 4 point camber/toe kit remove the toe link rod cause it will distroy your 4 point kit, because the toe arm will kink the inner bushes on an angle and chew them out. and no no one makes a poly trailing arm bush with voids.

Fit the bushes to the outside pivots and leave the voided bushes and toe link as is then get a wheel alignment.

Thanks for that handy bit of info. Didnt notice the void in that inner bush and i was wondering what effect tightening the tie rod would have on a solid bush, but thats answered both questions. Cheers
