bcm... what does it do/how does it work/what does it power?

at the moment my vt s pack's power mirrors do not work, neither does the cruise control and it struggles with power windows..

would this be the problem? how much would it to be fixed if it is the problem and what do i have to do?

any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers
