Is it the same as VY, etc? Push in the fuel lines and squeeze the little clips in with (I use multi-grips) and they should pull off. Do one at a time, and if you haven't de-pressurised the system like I don't, then keep your eyes and face away!
'Ah well, I suppose it had to come to this.'

You can get the Fuel Line disconnect tools, they do help, also if the fuel is not de-pressured it makes it much harder too.

Reduce the fuel pressure by removing the fuel pump fuse, then start and run the engine until it stalls, crank it over for another 10 seconds. This will stop fuel spraying everywhere when you remove the hose. Still, use some rag around the hose to catch any dregs when you remove the fuel hose.
Push the hose forward towards the filter, sqeeze tangs/clips, remove hose. On the new filter, squeeze the hose clips and slide the hose on the filter, repeat for the other end. Check for secure fitting. Replace the fuel pump fuse and start the engine. Run for 30 seconds, turn off and check for fuel leaks
