hey my mate just bought a vt s pac and when he accelerates slowly it jerks around at first i thought it couldnt decide what gear it wanted to be in after it kept doing it i thought maybe a bad spark isue or the fuel pump is stuffed any help much apreciated
but when you give it a bit its fine
Check the system for error codes. Do a search for Checking VT error codes and tell us what you come back with.
There are literally 20-30 things which can cause these issues so best to find out from the computer what it thinks is wrong.

Your sparkleads are probably worn, used to happen to me heaps especially during 1500-2500. Run some plastic insulation around the leads for now until you buy some new ones. Double insulated is good.
ok kool thanks guys
i hav the excat same problem with my vz. you recon it would be the same.. spark leads plus a comp check?
check the resistance on each lead 2 see if u have a dead lead or not.

what should the resistance be ?
and what mode do i put the multimeter into ?
steps?
set ur DMM 2 the ohms setting or use an ohmmeter capable of reading 50000 ohms across each lead. take 1 lead off at a time. put 1 probe into 1 end of the lead and the other probe in the other lead.
4 cylenders 1,3 and 5 should register less than 10000 ohms resistance and less than 17000 ohms 4 leads connected 2 cylenders 2,4 and 6. Any higher than the specified resistance replace the lead.
