VT Engine Light Coming On And Then When Brakes Are Pressed, Go Off
hey guys i got a tricky one for ya
my engine light will randomly come on at any time, but when i tap the brakes it goes off.
any suggestions?

check the purge hose it's under the engine cover common problem
it is pain to get to, if you can fit hose clamps i did after getting LPG fitted problem solved though mines a vx same thing
brakes uses engine vacuum to assist brakes
worth a look

checked....nothing with the purge hose seems to be loose...

are you sure? it took me a good 5 minutes to find the hose and a prick to get to
look again
