Ignition lead heat sheilds

Can anyone out there tell me how many heat sheilds are supposed to be on 308 VT engine. Have just redone the leads and spark plugs but there are only 6 heat sheilds. If there are only supposed to be six, which leads to they go on?

were the back two missing? probably a bitch to get the back leads on with the shields so the previous owner probably just tossed em.

The shields are only used where the plugs are located between two exhaust manifold outlets, so they are not normally used on the passenger side front plug or the driver side rear plug.

I put the sheilds back where they were one was on front one was on back on either side. The guy at the local Holden dealer tells me they only sell new leads with 6 and its probably on th spark plugs at the front of the block that doesn't need the sheilds.
