when ever its a drive gear and reverse when the car is stopped it sounds like a tinning noise, any ideas if its normal? goes away as soon as i move 1mil
Also does anyone know where to find the cable to connect to your laptop to the connection under the wheel?
No help anyone?
not sure about the noise, i have a rattling noise when the cars idling as well, goes away if its in neutral or if i start moving, i think it was something rattling against the radiator, never bothered to fix it as i've never had any problems relating to it.
You can get the cables and the software from ebay, not sure of any other places. I think they sell for $100+
Yer the same noise mate!
did the noise go away?
Brake Line Rattles - During ABS operation, the brake pipes located near the fire wall can vibrate or rattle, which may be heard from inside the vehicle. Extra brake line support clips can be added to reduce brake line movement.
I have a 1999 vt commodore all i can hear while idling is the rattle so next time i take her in for a service might get the mechanic to put some clips in see if it reduces the noise
Yer to me it sounds like a pulley clicking,
I reversed the car and drove it for a minute, there was no noise, so i left it running and nothing came while it was in "D" and my foot was on the brake
Tonight driving home from the misses' it was parked in their garage and i heard like a ticking noise bousing off the walls, so i drove off and i could still hear it, but once i pick upto about 50 it went, im thinking the new bearings in the pulleys might need some lubing![]()
Anyone? any advice?
