    Default Ballpark figure on a respray

    hi guys, my calais took on a concrete pillar in a underground car park on wednesday night, it lost and has scratched her up, and due to its age, it has odd scratches here and there, so was wondering what are some ballpark figures on a complete respray if anyone has a a rough idea that would be great, thankyou

    $1000-$10,000 depending what you want from it

    Ring the local panel beater

    Main things that will affect the price;

    - Who supplies paint
    - What sort of paint you get
    - Where its painted (e.g. Engine bay/Door linings/etc)
    - What panel beater you goto (which will then affect the quality of the job)

    as Philthy said, it can cost anywhere from 1k (which is reallllly cheap imo) to 10k (which unless your getting totally ripped will generally result in a show car finish with a sick custom colour)

    capricorn green, just needs outsides, engine bay and door linings wont need doing, here is the scratch

    got a quote tonight, from rear brake light to where rear door meets drivers door is $400, thats with them supplying paint, does that sound fair, so im guessing if i get whole car done it will be reasonable, and they are a reputable place too.

    Fair or getting ripped?

    That sounds pretty fair to me.

    So....quarter panel and rear door? Sound fair. Very cheap if those scratches have left little lows as well
