Hello I have been asked to supercharge my bosses car at work and I have never really done one before so I'm asking if someone can wright a step by step instillation guide on how to do it he has all the bolt on's pulleys headers.
I know it's a simple bolt on kit but I don't want to go in blind and do something wrong or the hard way so it would be awesome if someone could do a small Gide for me please and thank you
does he have the supercharged heads ect.what parts exactly do you have at the moment?![]()
He has everything for it
Headers and all i just need to know what I'm doing it looks pritty straight forward
Just need to know the order to put stuff on
Or if there is anything I need to know like what pound boost to start off with
How to install the control for the boost stuff like that
Do I need to add anything to the loom or anything?
What models is it,auto or manual?
Do you have the metal gasket kit?Dont use the plastic ones.
Install to control the boost is easy. The s/c V6 comes with a boost controller mounted on back of passanger head.Wires and a few vac hoses go into it.Start at the stock or 87mm pulley that gives around 9-10psi,5-6 is factory.
Finding a s/c loom would be the way to go then burning the s/c tune into your BCM/ECU for everything to speak to oneanother.
Replace the s/c coupler before installation aswell as the oil in s/c.TTT Performance has all of these at a good price, speak to Mark.
Order would be....
-Install loom
-Heads
-LIM(manifold s/c)
-Supercharger,Ubend,Bypass valve,Throttlebody,Intake piping,MAF,CAI/Airbox,Air temp sensor
-Accell/cruise bracket,Accell/Cruise cables
-Headers,Coolant pipe,Downpipes,cats,exhaust
-Harmonic ballancer,Tensioners,Pulleys,Altenator,Coolant O'rings(Alt bracket youll see)All the front accessories basically.
-Fuel rails,Injectors,Pump ect
-Engine belt the s/c belt.
Ill update it later for you.

Wait up, is this a bolt on side-mount kit, or an L67 conversion? Karlos post only counts if your doing a L67 conversion. If its a side snail it should come with instructions and if it doesn't than call the manufacturer and I'm sure they will send a copy.
