hey all , just wondering has anyone here tried any of that dodgey touch up paint in the bermuda blue? does this be anywhere near the original holden stuff?
or am i better off just getting some mixed and painting it myself
have a small chip out of the rear 1/4 that i wanna fix up
thanks
your car is ten years old (or older) now, so matching old to new paint won't result in perfect results.
Having said that, I bought the touch up paint from Holden for less than $15 and it looks better than chips, some chips only go down to the white undercoat.
A lot of people say that the supplied brush is too coarse, so buy a finer one somewhere else.
Have a look at 'how to fix those little scratches' in the how to section and you will be laughing
get paint code from engine bay and go to supercheap and get the paint to match. i did it on mine just be very neat
because your car is around ten years old sun and weather and change your paint you should chip a little paint off where there is a scatch and get it matched but you cant get it perfict you have to get it sprayed and blended to get it perfict
