Is the security light in the mode switch flashing while you are trying to start it?

First of all check for fault codes.
For all the warning lights coming on it could be the ABS module if fitted

Thanks but dont have fault scanner. Suspect ABS module but because of cost need to find a way to Isolate that. What is cost of scanner and where can I obtain one?

You can check the codes without a scanner simply by following the instructions in this link: Checking error codes VT/VX

you dont need a scanner just bridge pins 5&6 on the diagnostic located under the drivers side dash. Search the forum. seek and you shall find.
could be a lot of things making your car not start.
