gear change problems

hi, i just got a vt ss 6sp manual and it feels a bit hard to get it into gears, it has a new clutch but i was wondering if this is normal?? thanks

funny my car has always been a little hard to get in to gears ,however i changed the engine mounts and now it is heaps better !

Also the t56 is a tough box so it's not made for smooth gear change I don't believe, mine was good until I shortened the throw of the shifter

yeah its a standed shifter, would a short shifter or a ripshift fix my problem?

i have been told it may be loose linkages or something, is it possible to tighten them?

anyone?? im pretty sure it is losse linkages and i was going to get a short shift kit, would i have to get new linkages as well?? i dont know too much bout these newer gearboxs lol thanx
