Gday boys n girls , im getting 1.97 hybrid high ratio rockers , 4 in ducting an relocater, 69mm big bore throttle body, a heat shield n 81•c thermo just wondering what my gains in power will be after installing all of this thnks

The rockers alone should get you anything from 16-24ish kilowatts. The throttle body will really only give you better throttle response.
81 thermostat will just keep it running at optimum temperature so you won't lose power from heat soke. The 4 inch ducting and heat
shield would probably only get you another 2 or 3 kilowatts at the most. That being said, it sounds like a decent combination you've got going.

Thanks mate ive decided to only get the rockers throw ina shift kit and bigger ntake bexause my car already has the 4 inch ducting , and my throttle body is 68mm i dont know if one mm will make much of a difference but yeah still keen on those rockers heat shield and thermostat thanks for the info kieran

1mm wont do anything better off saving the money for something else.
