What else can be done at the same time?

Im about to get my Lower Inner Manifold gasket changed to clean up the oil residue in my coolant and in turn get a Coolant flush and clean.

My question is: what else can be done while the LIM gasket is getting changed

Id like to get the engine freshened up for better fuel economy

ideas would be appreciated
