Couple VX Berlina Series 2 Questions

Picked up a VX yesterday

I am going to be towing a 1400kg boat would i need to get a trans cooler ?

Also just a little minnor annoying thing the door on centre console wont stay up is there a problem with these if there is have they fixed this problem or any ideas ?

The door in teh console if a VERY common thing. Its usually just a little clip that breaks on the inside. Just go to a Holden dealership and they will know straight away which part it is. Costs like $20 i think.

Does anyone know what the name of the part is ?

Also does the VT have the door im after ?

trans cooler would be a good idea prolong the life of ur trans i would think, but cant guarantee it.

ur vx allready has a trans cooler it should b ok

vx has standard trans cooler .. i hope anyway!~
um the door part is called latch console..... just walk in and ask they will give you the name and partnumber if you ask and wont cost you nothing
if thats all it has wrong sounds like a good buy!~
