What Oil do you use in your VT Ecotec V6

My car has 210,000 on the clock
due for an Oil change
currently have Shell Helix in it

any suggestions for something else?
The car is used for Driving 70% city 30% country/cruising

a 15w50 or 20w50 id be using mate, 10w40 being the thinest id go

use 5w30 mobil 1 from holden or supercheap
