how to replace the LH o2 sensor

ok i need to replace my LH o2 sensor i have the replacement one sitting here but i just need to know where to find the o2 sensor? and can i change it with out jacking up the car? (thought i'd be able to hire some ramps but nope)

You'll need to jack it up, is it for a the VT or VS?
I'm guessing the VT I'll be in the exhaust pipe just before the cat, you can't miss it. Sticks out like dogs balls. Just use a shifter to undo it.

yep i ended up finding it piss easy didn't have to jack the car up though if you turn the wheel hard it gives you enough room to reach under and undo it, only took about 5 mins max!
