    Default Acceleration problem in 2nd

Well I hope you all can help me on this one as I have a VX Berlina LS1 Auto
I take off peddle buried 1st is fine goes up to red line then as it shifts into second it wants to go but it struggles like it's restricted but if I lift my foot then bury it again its all fine and its fine in 3rd and 4th
I have a new gearbox so I was out testing it as I have had this a couple of times before I got the auto rebuilt and it does it with both traction control on and off but normal general driving it's fine even with a little bit of peddle for a quick overtake or something.
Could it be I need a tune or dyno tune as I have done the folowing
Extractors 4 into 1 Stainless with full twin 2.5" Stainless exhaust
    SS Cold air intake
new leads and plugs and K&N Air filter
Bigger pipe from MAF to trottle body
Can anyone help on this please as I am driving from Townsville to Melbourne just before Christmas and would like to try and sort it before I leave

in first for fastest take off go full throttle then 3/4 just before where it should change gear it SHOULD snap second like a mother foooooker
alot of them seem to do this i would love to know why~!
so try a little less accelerator i think that at 100% it holds gear longer in first incase you were loosing it from memory

Okay I'll try that as like I said I was testing my new Auto as the old one was slipping like a mother f@#$%r as I was trying out the stally and shift kit to see how it goes.

if it has a stall converter the gear changes will have moved from original shift points
i would just drive in first with less accelerator until it changes
you CAN buy stand alone computers for the transmission but are very expensive and you then get issues with the other computers~

stupid to you maybe but anyway
if in manual select gearing e.g. "1" it wont change from first until it sensors engine failuer e.g over revving for a certain amount of time
i hope you shift linkage is adjusted properly...

Thanks for that but as I said on the first post it has done it before I done the auto and I'm not going to the extreme of a stand alone computer for the auto and I hope the shift linkage is adjusted properly as it feels like it is as I have a stage 2 shift kit as the wife drives the car more than myself at the moment.
I'll go give it go on the weekend if I get a chance.

    Got them
Also external cooler, 2 pac H/D clutches, Beast drum shell, H/D piston, 2500 stall, stage 2 shift kit, etc etc.......
I said I want a auto I can't kill with 300 to 350kw as I plan to chase this figure in a year or so as they said it'll hold upto 400kw if I wanted so I'm happy with that but I'll change the stally when I do up the motor

    Thanks for that mate.
I already have 4 into 1 extractors 2.5" hiflow cats into twin 2.5" exhaust only fitted about 9 months ago so I don't think it's the cats as it done it to me with the original exhaust as well
