Vx commodore hidden switches

Hey guys.
Just finished a job for my mate i thought i would post it up.
He wanted switches wired up for his gadgets but wanted them hidden so everything looked factory.
I also wired up a push button engine start switch he wanted that hidden to.

Here is a pic.

engine start switch... cool bananas. hows that work then?

The way i wired it up is when you have the key in the reds position then you press the button it will start.(so the BCM still needs the code from the key to start.)
So you can still use the key if you wanted to.
Basically you could say its a bypass engine start switch.

looks neat although i never really got the point of a push button start when u still need the key anyway??

Yeh i know what you mean mate. But the factory security system needs the code from the key.
