vx ss clutch ??

hey guys in vxss 6spd my master cylinder and slave cylinder are both fudged leaking every where ! so one how much is roughly good price to get fixed ? and two my cars done 190000kz stock clutch i was told that when they look the clutch may have not long left in her and is probably best to get new one while every thing else is getting done ? does that sound right ? if so any suggestions on a good beefier clutch ? keeping in mind i drive every day so i dont want one thats gonna feel like im doing leg wieghts?????? thanks
