Hi Guys,
I follow the instructions on this site to check error codes and so far these are what I have I found:
19 Throttle position sensor (sticking open)
45 RH oxygen sensor (rich signal)
57 Injector power supply monitor (voltage variation, terminal B12)
64 LH oxygen sensor (lean signal)
65 LH oxygen sensor (rich signal)
Now, My engine has been changed with a second hand engine. The mechanic told me the replacement engine has been done 80000 km. The car is a dual fuel as well.
Just after the replacement I had some backfires relates to LPG than I had a big backfire the whole engine stop and when I start the car that day there was no power on the pedal it is like the engine runs but no power. I took the car to the mechanic and he replaced the high tension leads suitable for gas ones. So far no back fire but just today the engine warning light came up when I was driving just appeared but the car was running normal no problem with the engine what so ever than it disappeared.
So today I checked the codes these are what I found so far, What should I do from this point should I take the car to the LPG installer to tune the LPG?
And what these error codes indicates Do I need to replace these parts?
Are they faulty as in?
The car is 2000 Model Series II VT Exec.
Regards,
Id start by clearing the error codes by disconnecting the negative battery terminal for a minute or two,and then recheck the error codes to see that you only get code 12 to show they have cleared, then drive the car for about 20 min to half an hour, and then recheck for error codes again. If any come back, check the wiring and connectors to each of the sensors thats are showing as faulty,If all the wiring and connections look clean and tight, and they still come back again, then renew the sensor, they wear out just like any other part does.

Sometimes error codes can set from one off power spikes or whatever, when theres actually no problem there at all. This might be the case with the injector monitor fault. The oxygen sensors also wear out over time and need replacing, they usually last around 100,000 k's.This is why I said to clear the error codes, make sure they have cleared, then go for a drive, and then recheck for set error codes again to see if they come back again. This will confirm any problems you may have.
