Hello form a newbi and to start off a Question

Well I've gone back to the commodore after many years.

This one is a VX V6 wagon, pretty much standard and will be the family wagon to tow our camper and get us to most of our camping spots.

Onto the Question.

On the firewall just behind the tranny dipstick there are 4 hoses, 2 look like heater hoses and the other 2 look like small vaccume hoses. The top vac hose goes to the intake and the bottom one was just hanging straight down. Where is this meant to go and has it got anything to do with the control for the a/c directional (face,vent,screen etc).

The bottom hose should go to the heater tap, it turns the tap on and off.
