Brake Light Switch

Ok so I believe my brake light switch has bitten the dust. How hard is the switch to change on the VX (with cruise control?) Does it just screw in at the top of the brake pedal like other models?

I just had a read about changing it and you disconnect the electrical connection unscrew the old switch , screw in the new one , plug in the connection then adjust switch lock nuts so there is only slight pedal movement to activate brake lights which inturn deactivates the cruse control. If there it too much pedal travel then the cruse control might lnot be deactivated.

Thanks Dayvo. Ive done a bit of search, but it seems all the info I get is from things like Honda's. Wasnt quite sure if it was the same deal, I assume it would be similar.
