Engine mount question???

hi there just wondering does the engine mounts meant to be lined equally to each other???
coz i recently replaced them at a mechanic shop but after that i took it home and get underneath just for checking and find out that the driver side one is slightly higher then the passenger side...

That's correct. They come off the block at the same angle, but at staggered heights, with the drivers side sitting higher by approx 25mm from memory.
