lifter noise on start up when warm????

guys i usually use 10w30 for my vx v6 but since i changed to 10w40 my lifters are noisy only when car is warm on start up it just stays for 30 secs or more and then disappear. on cold start up no noise at all...
i was wondering could it be the oil or lifters i don't know???? is it normal>>>

I'll try go back to 10w30... car has done 2400 km since i changed oil. i don't now if its an engine knock or lifter tick noise.

I had a similar noise in my engine, new lifters did not fix it, now looking at timing chain tensioner as mechanic suspects that. Going to get new chain and tensioner asap

sounds to me mate like every other v6. is the noise a high pitch tick or more a little bit o a clack if its a tick would prob be your lifters if its a clack clack and not a clunk it would be the rocker arms and is pretty normal for these motors.... go back to the original weight oil and it should go away but def do think that 10w30 is pretty water like but if your motor likes it then just stick with it...
