VT wobbly window winder slipping (teeth not worn)

bought my beautiful vt wagon a few day ago with the only problem being the driver side window (manual winder). It can go up and down with great difficulty. i have taken of the door trim so tht i can see inside the door panel. where the handle fits on is all wobbly and inside the panel appears to be slipping of the teeth. there is also a pin in the back of it that is loose and sticking out. is tht pin supposed to be firmly in there or some sort of washer in between to stop all the movement in the handle? im not sure but any help would be greatly appreciated.

just went round to a couple of autoparts stores and they said it looks like a clips missing.. although they didnt have any wide enough. would holden have an appropriate sized clip? is this right?

hey man. mine does the same thing i got a sedan though. annoys the shit out of me haha. i tried going to u pull it but they didn't have any vt's there so i could have a look.
and hell random but if this is the correct Jake did you go to woodcroft??

Hi guys, this problem is a little blue washer/sleeve that goes over that winding pin on the inside. Holden will be the only ones who will replace it unless you go to a pick and pull wreckers. Mine has just broken and I'm having real problems getting the window up and down until I get my hands on one.
