Angel Eye Headlights - VT - Pics pls

Hi All,

First time poster here..be gentle.

I am in the market for a set of after market headlights for my 99'VT. The only real photos I can find are those on sites like Ebay showing just the headlights. I am chasing pictures from users here that have installed any after market headlights so I can see exactly what they look like. I am probably after the black background type to match the rear lights I bought some time ago. If you post a pic, please note what sort/make of lights you have.

Appreciate any effort.

hey mate i got the angle eye headlights, got them off holmart.com.au
i had a problem with the fuses blowing for the first few weeks but i havnt had a problem for over a year now, i dont have a night time pic of the led rings but they do look really good!

ifi could afford the angel eyes ones id buy them (y) looks mean at night as wel as day

Great looking lights on a great looking car. Thanks for the quick response. Think I am sold. The blown fuses are a bit of a worry though. What did you do to fix the issue?

yeah theyre not cheap... i paid around $400 from memory

I must have been lucky, got my angel eyes off ebay for $200 brand new last year. Sorry OP no pics, my car is white they look mean as.

The cheapest I have found so far are around $279.

Are their different variations of the black background lights or are they all the same? ie Altezza.

hey man the blown fuses i just replaced them, theyre only like 50c each, but after that never had an issue....

thats a good price you get them for, i was impatient and bought them the 1st week they came out (over a year ago now) so i proberly paid weay too much haha

Walesy didnt notice the red in it till i had a proper look, thats a really nice colour. I just relaised this thread is for vt angel eyes my angel eyes are tear drop vx 1s maybe thats why they were cheaper.?

More pics as requested. I did a HID conversion at the same time. Its a genuine CV8z bar, on a VT. These were taken during the fitting of the bar, so the grills etc are not fitted 100%, but you get the idea.

Well I finally got around to buying a set of the Angel Eyes and am pretty impressed with the outcome. Here are some before & after shots. My next project is...yes..the front bar...but thats another thread..

I got them off Ebay (Carsrus) for $268. You can get them cheaper $255, but the Carsrus outlet is only 30 min's from my place. For bang from your buck..I think they are worth every cent.
