I am in the middle of doing a few things on my car and realised that it is going to be just a tad difficult to mask the rubber on my fuel door so I can paint it. (broke the old door, new one needs painting) Is it possible to remove the rubber and replace it after painting?
simply just pulls off doesnt it? i think you pull it towards the inside of the door as it has a smaller edge to go over
lufkin is right, it just pulls off then you can put it back on again
Going where no late model stato/caprice has gone before.... GAME ON!!
lufkin and walesy, thanks for that. will do asap
np mate have fun
lol Some idiot glued my old fuel door, Tried taking the rubber seal off and it took some paint with it
Ended up just getting a secondhand one. So be aware it could be glued.
