Default Vt Calais heater not working??

Hey guys...can anyone make a suggestion..

I have just replaced the heater tap, all pipes connected system bled...etc etc now there is no heat coming out the vents???
The car get's up to temp all ok (and temp guage read's between quater and half) and the a/c work's fine but when i set the climate control to 30 or H or any temp for that fact it stills blows cold air??
Before any one ask yes it has a thermostat in and has just been replaced.
    Things been changed recently..
    *Radiator
    *all pipes
    *thermostat
    and now now heater tap.
The motor did get bloody hot when the heater tap shit itself on the freeway but seems to run fine...no water in the oil or vice versa. I have searched pics and all the pipes are connected up right for the heater tap.

On a side note they fan speed amplifier was changed about 12months ago so no problems with the fan speed control's etc..

    Any suggestions be great....
    Cheers

Did you re-connect the vacuum hose to the heater tap?

Check the vacuum line back of the inlet manifold and the heater tap make sure there no holes and that it is connected. Check the one way check valve.
    might be playing up.

see if u can get ur hands on a thermo gun and check the inlet and outlet pipes on the firewall 4 the heater core (best 2 do it inside the cabin tho). if 1 is colder than the other u prolly got a blocked heater core.

With the engine running and at operating temperature,

    Turn the climate control OFF,

    then turn it back On.

Now adjust the temperature and see if its working.
I like my roo well done
