Mate how did your rear view mirror fall off?

I want to remove my mirror and move it up higher, I'm a tall guy and the last owner was a bit short so the mirror is kinda blocking my view a lil lol

Mine just fell off one day of it's own accord. There is a small piece of film on the windscreen that it glues to. I used the superheap stuff (cost $20) and it was fixed in a minute or so, hasn't fallen off again (it was 7 years ago).
