Supercharged V6 Calais Hard to start

G'day, I recently bought my fathers VX Calais off him and now it seems to be hard to start especially when it's cold.

The car cranks over fine, it just won't start. It can take up to 5 or 6 attempts to start.

Once I've been driving for a while and I start it again, it turns over first time, nearly everytime

Funny thing is that while my father owned it, this never happened and I have not changed anything on it.

Any ideas?
