Stage 2 shifter kit

was wondering weither any 1 has put a stage 2 shifter kit into a 99 vt s and if i was too put a stall converter in it wat sought of stall converter ?? PLEASE HELP

I personally have not put a stage two shift kit into a car, but from what I have been told (Will stand corrected if I am wrong) that the transmission has to come out.

As for a stall converter, a nice choice, is the 2800 high stall.
