Depends on the model,
Executive, Acclaim and Berlina come with 15"s
Calais and S come with 16"s
SS come with 17"s
Nah I have 15"s on mine, also I know I can fit 14"s on the back but they wont fit on the front due to the rotors.
I have a 14" spare, if I get a flat front Ill have to take a back one off and put it on the front then put the spare on the back, I really need to get another 15"![]()
some calais have 17inch rims
I have 17" stock rims on my SS
go 20's! Lol that's what i have. Had them for 2 years with my car lowered too and i've never had coz issues with cops.i've even had cops pull up next to me for a chat and not once did they say anything. Your standard city pigs are nothing.it's the highway police that know their shit. Otherwise they'll never know.but 20 is as big as a vt can go.2 camber kits and heavy modification to the back of the rear quarter panels to get them to fit comfortably
There's a good reason that ^^ guys is called chimp.
The law on wheel size is 20% over standard. Nothing really changed in regards to what you can fit, they just changed the wording.
The only car to have 16" standard wheels is the VE.
jst go whateve size and then change ur tyre card to suit. buy them off ebay for like $15 i think,,, just make sure u dont get a dam hsv one
i'm just saying that life's too short to worry about legal wheel size.find something that really makes you happy when you look at them and go for it. For the record, before i bought mine, i called holden, the police, and vic roads (which is like the RAA) about legal wheel size, and they all said that you can have whatever size you want, as long as the final rolling diameter is NOT larger than the original.
oh yeah...the reason for this is because when the rolling diameter changes, your speedo will be out.you'll be travelling faster than what your speedo says
Executive / Acclaim / Berlina = 205/65/15 inch
Calais = 215/60/16 inch
S = 225/50/16 inch
SS = 235/45/17 inch
The S and SS shared the same tyre data plate meaning the S and SS can legally go 2 inches up to 19's
