VT SS Kit to fit VX?

Ok, so I'm looking around at SS kits for my '02 VX Equipe sII, and I'm only really finding them named as VT SS Kits, what's the deal with fitting? Will they fit the VX? I know they're very similar sizes but I'm not too familiar with the specifics. Also while I'm at it, I might as well ask what the deal is with de-badging the Equipe sII part if I were to throw an SS kit on there, is that common practice or will it look like I'm pretending to have an SS? (I know the SS kit itself will make it look that way, but I just really like the look of them).

Lol. may look like a tryhard but if that kit is what you want then go for it.
and no it wont fit as the vx has bigger highbeams then a vt they dip into the bumper its probably better finding a vt ss kit to suit vx (fairly redundant) or a vx ss kit
and to fit its simple un screw remove ( i think there is clips at the sides a gregories manual comes in handy)

Ah gutting, cheers mate. I suppose I'll just look around for wrecking jobs and try and pinch their SS kits off them

The lights on a vx are called tear drop lights an if you really want to put a vt ss kit on a vx (dont know why you would) all you need to do is buy vt headlights as well an the rest is as fitz said unscrew take off replace.
