VT driver side power windows problem

hey all went to put up my window the other day and it all suddenly dropped two arms off the main arm and where the main arm connects to the window the plastic slider thing was broken so pulled the inside part of the door off and found the motor and main arm to the window goes up and down no problem (holding the window up now) but if i try and put it down the arm slips out and the window falls down now what i am after is there any solution apart from replacing the hole unit??

you can get the plastic sliders from holden for like a $1.00 each very common problem

got any idea on how to fix the supporter arms??

sorry didnt read it properly i think if they have fallen off you have to get a new unit not a 100% on that though.
