Replacing Window

Hi guys,
the other day some low life decided to smash my drivers window just to steal a GPS out of my car am wondering how do you replace the drivers window and is there any tricks to get it done a quicker way...i have sourced a second hand window and has the slides already stuck to the window

my car has manual windows if this will help thanx in advance guys
