    Default no power at all?

I changed the regulator and front drivers side door handle, re-connected the battery and everythings dead, no power, electrics and even the immobiliser lights not flashing. Any ideas?

Battery not connected correctly or bad connection, blown fuse or fusible link.

As previously said. Check all your fuses and main fusible links. You've most likely blown one.
