VT comm replacing rear side window help

Hey i have a look through the threads but couldnt get enough detail for what i was after
.
My rear right hand window had recently been smashed and today i bought a replacement window from the wreckers. I just removed the door trim and cleaned out all of the glass. I only found one yellow runners thingi. How many do i need for the window and should i wind the window all the way up and insert the left side in first?

was gunna write out what to do for ya m8, but best thing is to grab a repair/service manual for ya VT best thing you'll ever buy..its only about $30 and its got how to remove and install the window for electric or manual : )
