Hey just wondering has anyone tried one of these insulators at all? supposedly keep the incoming air even cooler as the motor doesnt heat up the inlet manifold as much.

Yep cheers man.
Have you got one installed on your vs at all? did you notice any difference with the way it ran?
thanks
I have one on my VX and the inlet manifold if definitely cooler. I can't comment on power or gains since it was installed with other stuff at the same time.

I have one on my VT, I put it on about a week ago. (a 25mm one)
At the same time as keeping the plenum cooler it increases the runner length, changing the torque curve. It will bring the torque in earlier - better for acceleration.
will these still work with a supercharger?
