was searching on how to change a radiator as i have to replace mine today as its stuck on the side of the road..
seems fairly straight forward except for the power steering pump.. what will i have to do with that as it wasnt very detailed
any information will be great!!!!![]()
going to pick my radiator up in an hour and then get stuck into it!
so any help before would be appreciated!![]()
Nothing needs to be done with the power steering pump. If you are referring to the two small hoses attached to the radiator, they are lines for the transmission. Just undo those and have something ready to catch fluid, there won't be a lot, maybe a half a litre or a bit more.
MY RIDE
I thought I was wrong once but I was mistaken.
and theres four screws, one in each corner to remove thermo fans, two clips on either side of radiator that you pry out with a screw driver, then undo all your hoses obviously, then it should slide straight up.
its a manual so no transmission lines...
all done, only took me an hour on sat!
