Default We should all appreciate holden's r&d team...

someone I know did this... with two small kids in the back. The only injury was a bruise on the driver. No bull... Makes you appreciate the time and effort holden put into making their cars safe

That's got nothing to with R&D mate, just sheer luck... Tell them to go buy a lottery ticket!

I dare say that if there were two adults in the back they wouldn't have ended up as well off as those kids, judging by how low the roof lines sitting towards the back in the second picture :0

All the kids got out due to no child lock.

    But either/or.

every accident is a unique catastrophic affair

i am perhaps taken to incidences where teenagers killed themselves and their friends in a VT-VZ where the experts reckoned than a VE might have saved them

or a crash where the occupants in a VE survived and those in the VT-VZ perished

    and vice versa

Theyre a good car. My dad told me about when a large dog walked in front of his 2 month old VX super6 S pack he swerved around it, corrected, hit the gravel on the side of the road with the left hand tyres, corrected again and kept driving. Reckons with all his driving experience that car saved his life. Wrote Holden R&D a letter and everything.

Most people said he should have just hit the dog I think he was worried about his new red duco..

hahahaha YES!! I still maintain he should have put that car in the shed for me when he sold it. 23,000km was like the day he picked it up except for one stone chip.
