gear shift linkage bushes

are they hard to replace??

just get a click noise when i shift into 2nd amd 4th. and this morning when i was moving the gear stick around it was making a creaking noise

holden said there is only 2 bushes??

picture shows one bush at the bottom of the gear stick which might be the culprit

and theres also one at the end of the rod going horizontally under the car??
